He had me try out the different chairs that were available so that I could find the one that was just right. The whole transaction was simple. The price was very reasonable. It is a place that cares primarily about being able to provide service that people need and does not care about making the store look good in order to impress people. The person who dealt with me was kind and quick and told me everything I needed to know about what it would take to install a chair lift for a staircase in my house. They had one in stock that matched and said they would be able to install it quickly. Which they in fact were able to do. I am incredibly grateful for this business and what they were able to do for my family.
