Over the past few months I’ve had to frequent this sterling optical for glasses and other needs. On several different occasions I’ve had multiple bad interactions with the man who works the front (not the doctor). Listening to him, I hear him constantly belittling his coworkers and being rude to patients. Truly I understand you can’t always have a good day but would it be such a problem to be nice every once in a while. There is no reason I should be leaving a store and feel like I did something wrong from the way I was spoken to. In other news it’s a great place to get all your glasses and contact needs completed.
