- TBTess BrownellAug 6, 20255.0They listen, they heard me, and I didnt have to fight for what i needed. I needed a newly placed nexplanon (placed by a different practice) changed out and a new one put in place. I believe i had received a defective implant. So they pulled it and put a new one in . Within 24 hours all my symptoms were gone and feeling back to normal. I have had nexplanon for about 10 years now I know how my body acts on it and it wasnt acting normal. Thank goodness for this place I wanted to cry because im so use to not have my concerns addressed properly

Explained everything wonderfully,while keeping an upbeat tone to the appointment. He reminded me of Schmitt on Grey's anatomy. Plus I only waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room. 10/10

Front desk staff are so very helpful and eager to assist. I am very pleased with my PA, Cindy. She always takes the time to explain things to me and easy to talk too.
- CLCierra LyonsNov 8, 20172.0Great staff! BUT the service is slow. Last time I was in there for 2 hours and only saw the doctor for 30 minutes. This time I walked out after being seen by the doctor then had to wait 30 minutes again for a 5 minute conversation. Sad because the doctors are great, but just slow.
