My experience with Movement Matters was outstanding. Nick was fantastic — personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about mobility and movement. The stretching and mobility session made an immediate difference; I felt looser, more flexible, and overall much better afterward. I highly recommend Movement Matters to anyone looking to improve their mobility, performance, or overall well-being.

My dad referred me to Nick because I had shin splints related to running, and he mentioned that he had a great experience working with Nick in the past for both a back injury and for knee pains. At the time I was a beginner runner, and some of the advice and techniques he gave me have helped me to become a more advanced runner, and in a healthy way. I found Nick to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and
I highly recommend!

Nick is fantastic. I had been struggling with sever discomfort in one foot for a year with no idea what the reason was. I saw Nick in warwick when I was in town visiting from outside the US. Within short order Nick identified the reason for my discomfort and after the first session I walked out feeling significant improvement. Fast results, deep knowledge to educate on the cause of pain and discomfort paired with his outgoing and positive personality make for a great experience. I highly reccomend.
