Nick helped me to select frames but, upon arrival, I became apparent that the progressive glasses I ordered needed a bigger viewing area for computer work. Nick took the time to listen to what I needed and the second pair is perfect (which is why their 30 day no hassle return policy is so helpful). Walked in to have the second pair tightened a bit without an appointment and Nick immediately made the adjustment. I was even able to text with someone to check on status of my glasses, which is so convenient. Was also able to donate several pairs of glasses that are no longer needed, so that's just a bonus. Honestly, the entire staff and experience was a pleasure. :)
