The team at PHS could not have handled themselves any better, their knowledge was very evident and they showed nothing but a very high concern for my hearing loss and how best to fix it. I just had a one year hearing test/check up and they made adjustment to my hearing aids, they work GREAT. The crew handled themselves professionally but made me feel relaxed and just one the group. I will continue with them for as long as I need hearing aids.

On my way home I was listening to the radio and I wanted to mute my hearing aids to see what the difference was. Needless to say it was a moment. I said out loud, OMG that is how I used to hear?!
