- TLTina LannonDec 7, 20251.0I started taking my Mother to the Victor office when the Newark office closed. Shortly afterwards the doctor that was wonderful with my Mother left the Victor office. My Moms, who is 88, hearing aid visit really were disappointing, mom paid the price of not being able to hear for months. Seems they had no clue how to figure out that her hearing aid needed fixing. Long story short drove there to get a copy of her hearing test went somewhere else. The issue was figured out, fixed and my mom can hear once again. I forgot to mention they charge us twice for ear wax removal from just one ear. $50.00
