- RLRochelle L.Jan 6, 20231.0I moved to Utica so I thought instead of driving to Rome I would start going here. Well I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or call me back and it’s been 4 days. The one time I was able to get someone after 30 minutes of hold time I was assured my health concern would be marked urgent and I should get a call back within 24-48 hours. It has been 3 whole days and not one word from them! I called back left my number to have a callback and when I received that call after 5 seconds I was hung up on and I cannot call back at that number so back to waiting on hold yet again! 0 stars if I could and will always be going back to Rome at this point where they make a point to help the patients.

Horrible customer service...bad advertising..as they say same day next day appointment but are unable to accommodate...my 17 yr old vulnerable sexually active daughter went to seek woman-like physician and she was late to her appointment and reschedule it for a week away...it takes alot for these young ones to build themselves up to even walk into a place like that and this is her experience!! Mind you she traveled from little falls ..to Utica and the only accommodation they had was in Rome... beginner driver but let's have her travel all over!!! Teenagers should be a priority especially when this is the time in their life to teach them prevention!! How many teens are pregnant or worse?? How do we as parents guide our children to do the right thing ,and when they finally do..they get pushed off by the outside people ??
