The people there that draw your blood are usually interns or first-timers.. every time I get blood drawn or any type of an injection done it is an entire ordeal. Each person does things differently instead of following a strict procedure. They also love to provide medications to people here, And then refuse to do lab work. And play stupid pretending they don't know what you're talking about.. I was getting medical care here for the last 6 years and every year it's gotten worse and worse I finally taken my health to Albany medical center. I don't recommend going here unless it's for a basic STD HIV test. They are incompetent at everything else that's the hard truth.

I have a fear of needles and the person who took my blood was fantastic, she talked to me and helped me deal calm and safe and I didn't even feel it, it was done so well. Wait is not long and I reccomend
