They contacted me and texted multiple times before the surgery and answered any questions i may have. They also explained the day of the surgery each step by step procedure being done. I was somewhat nervous at first but they made it flawless! Also the affordability was beyond what i imagined and was easily able to do a payment plan that worked for me. Thank you to Dr Gabriel's and his entire staff! Great job!!! Satisfied customer! Oh and they also did prior consultation and only recommended me to do one eye instead of two as that would be best for me..... they are in it just for the money is what this told me and they are 100 percent honest!

The staff was very friendly and explained the whole procedure. I like to understand whats going on especially when it comes to my body. The day of the procedure was easy and again staff was super friendly. The eye doctor was the best!!! He explained and walked me through everything he was doing while I was having the procedure done which was amazing because I like to know whats going on. The procedure was fast and painless. I would choose tgus office again if I where to do it again.

My appointment was for 1pm. I arrived around 12:40pm. When I arrived the receptionist told me Dr. Craig Beyer had went on his lunch break and would be back soon. I waited until 2:30pm (almost 2hours) and he had not shown up. On top of that didn’t have the courtesy to give an ETA. I asked for a full refund. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend.

A few weeks ago, while talking with my family, they encouraged me to try again since technology has come a long way. So I made an appointment at The LASIK Vision Institute, and to my surprise (and almost tears), I was a candidate — and had the surgery the same day! I’ve been practically blind for as long as I can remember — “Coke-bottle” glasses as a kid and overused contacts since I was 14. Now, I can already see clearly, and it’ll keep improving over the next few months. I went from wearing strong contacts and +3.0 readers constantly to only needing +1.25 readers for tiny print. If you’ve ever thought about LASIK, do it. It’s truly life-changing — hands down the best money, I’ve ever spent (yes, even better than craft supplies!).
