The doctor then decided she doesn't want to do what I specifically asked for. This is a women's health care facility that doesn't actually care about women. Do better.
- JBJulia BurnsJul 26, 20231.0I called to make an appointment and the woman I spoke with couldn’t understand anything I was saying. She told me I would receive a confirmation via email and hung up. I never received confirmation and when I tried to call back NOBODY would pick up the phone. I tried 6 times and waited on hold for up to 30 minutes each time without speaking to ANYONE. Absolutely outrageous. Besides that not all available appointments are online which makes it even more frustrating.
- JAJasmine AndersonDec 8, 20201.0I repeatedly had to call and wait on hold for 20+ minutes and ask if my records had been sent to my OBGYN provider, and 6 weeks later, was told they never even received my release of information via mail. Impossible to get ahold of someone by phone when you work 9-5 Monday through Friday and only have a half hour lunch break to call. I had to drive an hour out of my way to go sign a release in person on a Saturday! I had a fantastic experience with Planned Parenthood in Albany, NY, but this is pretty outrageously bad service for Planned Parenthood. I love the organization, but am amazed at how bad my experience at this location was. I will go to a different location from now on.
