The doctor then decided she doesn't want to do what I specifically asked for. This is a women's health care facility that doesn't actually care about women. Do better.

I never received confirmation and when I tried to call back NOBODY would pick up the phone. I tried 6 times and waited on hold for up to 30 minutes each time without speaking to ANYONE. Absolutely outrageous. Besides that not all available appointments are online which makes it even more frustrating.
