- LCLava CakeDec 20, 20251.0The women who works as the Medical Receptionist is extremely rude, every time I have made a visit she uses a very rude tone with me, treats me like I’m stupid for asking simple questions, very nicely, and makes it very difficult to make follow up appointments. This has happened every time I’ve gone, unless there is someone else present in the room.

From the time I stepped foot in the door the receptionist with dreads was so welcoming!! she also made me feel at ease with my situation so thank u to you girl😘 an the staff that worked , they all were great and understanding. Shout out to the nurse in the back that was helping me out as well you all were great !!!!!!hands down
- SSsunnyAug 12, 20205.0Staff are very nice. Was nervous going in the first time to explore BC options but they were very caring and knowledgeable. Made me feel better about the experience. First time you go in, especially walk-in, you will likely need to wait up to around an hour to be seen. But I have gone back a few times and once I got established appointments I have never waited more than 15 min to be seen.
