However, I left there without an X-ray, convinced that it was my rotator cuff and that I might need surgery and I should head to Albany for Ortho Clinic. So I did a day later; got an X-ray right away but just to leave with a diagnosis of Bicep Tendonitis and they tried to prescribe me with anti inflammatory and PT. But then they wanted me to see ANOTHER upper arm specialist. That was literally why I went up there to begin with. I’m already doing PT exercises at home and been taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Every time I visit an Urgent care; it is absolutely not worth it. Visit your emergency room or primary instead.
