If I wouldn't have shown the letter I had, she would have let me walk out without the information that it's the next building over. For some reason, the address made all the difference in the information this receptionist was willing to give me to help my boy get to his appointment. That was straight up dirty.
- JWJulien WagnerOct 31, 20252.0Great bedside manners. Gender affirming verbiage. Terrible with products and instructions given to me for my severely sprained ankle. Crutches that broke less than a week later, and an ace bandage that's doing nothing to keep my ankle in place while it's healing. No information on recovery time, I asked if I'd be healed in 2-3 weeks and their only answer was "depends on you" with a shrug. If you have sprains or broken bones, DO NOT GO HERE! They will be the least helpful regarding getting you what you need. Go to OrthoNY or the Bone and Joint center in Malta if you can.
