The staff are kind and helpful. They took a lot of care to protect my privacy, walked me through everything well, and were overall great. Scheduling was simple as well. Only issue is the wait times. It took nearly two hours for my appointment and about 90% of that time was waiting.

If you go in for STI treatment they'll make you wait until the teat results come back to get treated. If you get tested on a Friday you have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get the results and hope they have an appointment to treat you.
Be sure to read about the treatments that you will require. I am allergic to penicillin and amoxicillin. The treatment I need requires two full injections AND azithromycin.
The nurse practitioner I saw only gave me the injections. Thankfully I read about the treatment while I was in the waiting room during the 15-minute reaction wait period.
If I didn't look into the treatment, I would have only received a partial treatment. Really cool from medical professionals. Effectively sending me home without being fully treated. Thankfully I spoke up and received the full treatment.
Now I have the exact same STI with the exact same symptoms and I am being told I have to wait until Monday to receive treatment. I am incredibly upset. I do not feel like this clinic has my needs in mind. This isn't the first instances of mistakes and I am quite tired of receiving subpar care.
At no time had anyone mentioned I should seek out a different medical facility to receive testing and treatment since it is something I would like to have taken care of today. The nurse practitioner saw that I was upset and effectively just let me leave pissed off instead of even trying to offer a solution.
Thanks so much for your due diligence. I just wish you would have followed the treatment guidelines the first time around and maybe just treated me today. Now I get to experience 3 days of feeling like I am crapping myself. Really awesome!

All the staff was so friendly and I had no problems with the wait time I got right in without waiting that long and the providers and nurses were really nice and showed Concern for my concerns. I'm not sure about anyone of you that gave them a bad review but I feel they are really good there. Just my opinion on how I was treated

This office is a disaster. I’m not even sure how they are even open considering every time you make an appt, they call to reschedule because there’s no staff! Every single time! You will wait forever to get an appt and then when you finally do, you’ll be sitting in the waiting room for a long time before you’re seen. I gave up on this place.
