I didn’t get any service until I told them I wanted to actually buy it. They probably thought that I was going to confiscate them without purchasing them. I felt like I was being profile that’s just my opinion.

Melinda helped me choose the ones I wanted, which is great cause I can be very indecisive. They don’t try and upsell you on anything, but of course the option is there. The reality of getting frames is they don’t always fit, I showed up within the next few days and got them readjusted no problem. Definitely recommend!

I would call weekly and they were not able to give me an estimated arrival day for them. Imagine paying for something and not even knowing when your getting it! I asked for a refund and I was told they do not do refunds. Which they don’t tell you in person or on receipts they do not do refunds. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
