I went with the recommendation of a co-worker to check out Rochester Eye & Laser. I am SO happy I did! From the first phone call from Kristen to set up my initial consultation I felt very comfortable and at ease. Every staff member here is very friendly and caring. The consult with Kristin, Dr. Culliton and the others was very thorough and comfortable. All my questions were answered and I scheduled my lasik surgery that day! I had no doubt I had made the right choice. They called in the prescriptions I would need and I was able to pick them up at my pharmacy the same day. On the day of the surgery there were no surprises because everything was so well explained. This was my first time meeting Dr. Lindell who was performing the surgery. He was very calming and clearly explained every step of the procedure. The painless surgery was done in about 15 minutes and I was ready to go home. Recovery went exactly as planned and my eyesight was 20/15 by the next day! I you're think thinking about lasik surgery I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Lindell and Rochester Eye and Laser. It was a fantastic experience and I wished I had done it sooner! They are well worth the investment and I can't tell you how much this has changed my life. A big thank you again to everyone there!
