I met with Darlene who immediately greeted me with a smile and was very attentive to my needs. She took ink blots of my feet by having me step on a piece of paper to find out what type of foot arch I was. She told me what I needed to do and gave me the arch supports for my situation. Let me tell you... WHAT A RELIEF especially in my back! I’m glad I listened to my friend and gave them a try. Thank you!!
