- KEKylie EvianaMay 23, 20255.0I went here today (5/23/25) to get my iud replaced because when i went to the emergency room (5/22/25), they said my paragard iud had migrated and was low-lying in the uterus. I got the old iud put in last week on 5/16/2025. The staff was so sweet and welcoming. I had zero issues with insurance, no issues with expressing my problem and best of all i got the old paragard iud removed and a new paragard iud inserted all within the same day and i was able to schedule a 2 week follow up to check the placement of my iud prior to seeing my gynecologist on 6/18. Im glad i didnt wait any longer. The medical assistant was so kind and the lady who put in my iud was so friendly and she even gave me a few minutes between each step as requested with no issues. I was even given a heating pack before i left. Next time i need an iud put it or i have iud issues, definitely coming back here! Thank you, planned parenthood ❤️

I didn't know if I wanted an IUD or the shot and I was literally going back and forth with each one because I didn't know what to do. My doctor helped me through it! I ended up going with the depo shot. She made me feel comfortable and explained both of them to me. I also felt embarrassed because I never had a pap and she made me feel so much better, she told me not to be nervous and that it's normal to feel anxious when getting one. Because of that doctor she has changed the way I feel about going to the GYN. I forgot her name but she had very short brown hair with glasses, she also had a sense of humor and called me cute because I made her laugh on the way out! 😊😂 I tend to make people laugh. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shout out on here. Thank you doctor with the cute short hair and glasses! 😊
