I initially have been on the fence about whether or not I wanted to continue going here due to there being very limited machines in comparison to pf. The fact that the guys at the front desk are always friendly and its cleaner than most gyms I continued going. However yesterday night was my last straw when I got into a verbal altercation with a man who proceeded to try to bully me off an ab machine next to his because he claims "he's going to use both machines at once and switch off” I told him no since I got to it first and you can’t “reserve” two machines at once. He then proceeded to say “okay then I’ll use the one you’re on” to which I said no again and told him I am not getting off. He grunted aggressively before calling me a “(fword +word that rhymes with itch-sorry google will delete my review even if i censor the word) loudly in front of other members. After standing up for myself during this interaction I proceeded to inform the front desk guy who was sympathetic and let me know he would have to inform the manager. Unfortunately this is when I decided $30 a month wasn't worth it. The manager, while he was respectful during interaction and apologized, his body language and tone, seemed annoyed that I wanted to follow through with an investigation since this guy who I got into an altercation with was lying. He let me know if I wanted to move forward my membership could potentially be suspended. I said I still would like to move forward because I am not the one lying. He suggested that we can apologize to each other and move on. Absolutely not. I will not apologize to a man who called me a profanity. A few minutes later he brought over the guy who apologized but then lied in front of both of us and said he was “sorry but he didn’t call me a “profanity” more lies. I let it go. I was asked again if I still want to follow through with the investigation. At this point I felt like a bother and said no. I understand that the manager probably deals with situations like this and while they are exasperating and annoying, I would have liked more grace and genuine empathy. At the end of the day this is a bigger man verbally assaulting me at a gym. I think that warrants him being kicked out. My partner was on the phone when all of this happened and heard the entire thing down to the guy calling me a profanity to the unsympathetic tired tone of the manager.

Worst experience with membership cancellation. They keep on charging you until you make sure your membership has been cancelled visiting multiple times.

Smaller than I expected, a bit to cramped for me, the majority of the elliptical, and trendmill machines where out of order, they don’t have a parking lot and parking is horrible, other wise is an ok gym to get your workout.

Machines are broken for months, paper towels and water bottles to clean machines never full. I’ve complained before to corporate I’m about to cancel the membership not worth the frustration.

This Blink used to be a decent gym, but it’s really gone downhill. Gym etiquette is nonexistent — there was a guy reading a book for half an hour while hogging half the dumbbells. There's a gym creep who was doing Capoeira and took up half the floor mat space, while everyone else had nowhere to stretch. Staff are essentially invisible, so no one intervenes when things get out of control.
Additionally, the facilities are in poor condition. Almost all the machines are either defective or broken. Every so often, random water drops fall from the ceiling — not exactly something you want dripping on you while working out. Hygiene is another issue: no paper towels anywhere to wipe down equipment, which makes the whole place feel unsanitary.
It’s clear the gym isn’t being managed or maintained the way it once was. Definitely not worth the membership anymore. Just pay more and find a higher-quality gym with fewer bozos.
