Gym is packed, not their fault, but half the equipment is broken as well and the ones that aren’t have like 4-5 people working in sets with each other I could only get on two machines in 30 minutes

I go today 10/22/25 at 5:55 am
and the gym was closed ! , I usually come here to train every day at 5 a.m., and today it was closed, with a ton of people waiting in line for someone to open the gym. It's not a holiday, and they didn't even issue a notice stating it wouldn't be open. They waste people's time, and it's very irresponsible to behave this way.

The management will ridicule you and kick you out of the gym infront of everyone, if your membership payment is even a day late.
I replaced a lost credit card and had forgot to update the card on my account and instead of politely telling me that I was past due, the asian lady chases after me after I had scanned in, and while screaming she says “you need to leave”, I am left confused until she eventually says “pay your bill” very loudly so everyone could hear.
It goes on for another 2 minutes as I try to explain what might have happened. The staff here, not just her has a really bad attitude problem and it comes down from the manager.

PureGym really needs to improve their customer service. The facilities are decent, but the way they handle members’ issues is disappointing. I expected better support and communication.
