It's not a holiday, and they didn't even issue a notice stating it wouldn't be open. They waste people's time, and it's very irresponsible to behave this way.

I replaced a lost credit card and had forgot to update the card on my account and instead of politely telling me that I was past due, the asian lady chases after me after I had scanned in, and while screaming she says “you need to leave”, I am left confused until she eventually says “pay your bill” very loudly so everyone could hear. It goes on for another 2 minutes as I try to explain what might have happened. The staff here, not just her has a really bad attitude problem and it comes down from the manager.
