I recently discovered that my membership was cancelled in early September, but I was never informed of this. I had been attending the gym regularly and made my last payment in ending of September without being informed that my membership was already canceled . I missed the October payment only because no card was linked to my profile—I wasn’t aware of the change to handling payments over the phone rather than in person.
When I visited today, I was told that I no longer have an active membership. However, I paid my annual maintenance fee in August, so I don’t understand why I am now being asked to start a new membership and pay that fee again.
I asked the manager to reinstate my fee or try to at least help me to get back my membership without having to pay the full membership fee again he said he’s sorry but there’s nothing he can do and was given an email to get in contact with them . NEVER GOT A R ESPOND BACK .VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I use to like going to this gym but the women locker room is always dirty and people leave their dirty clothes in most of the lockers without locks on them. So it’s hard finding a locker with NO clothes already in them. This is a disgrace they need to set rules to remove clothes from lockers when they leave. This isn’t a storage space.

I’m disappointed. This location has a lot of broken machines. The women’s bathroom is unkept and always in unsanitary conditions. It’s super gross. With the amount you’re paying monthly, this is unacceptable.

I’ve been a loyal Blink Fitness member for years, but lately, it feels like the gym has turned into a money-hungry version of PureGym. First, you increase the membership prices without offering a single new benefit fine, I accepted that without complaint. But now, it’s gotten out of hand.
I recently switched from the Blue to the Green membership after being told that I would need to pay $40 if I wanted to bring a guest. Back in the day, Blink allowed Blue members (at just $26/month) to bring guests freely and that was fair. I still agreed to pay the $40, thinking at least I’d have that benefit. But when I came in today, I was told that I can only bring a guest four times a month. Seriously? What kind of greedy, money-grabbing system is this?
It’s extremely disappointing to see Blink once known for being fair and affordable turn into a company that keeps taking more from loyal customers while giving back less. I understand inflation and price increases happen, but the least you can do is offer real benefits to the members who are actually willing to pay.
I’m honestly considering canceling my membership and moving to another gym. I hope someone from your team takes this feedback seriously because this is not the Blink Fitness that so many of us supported for years.
