I made it very clear when I made the appointment that I needed a tooth pulled and they assured me on the phone that they would help me get it taken care of. I show up to the appointment when all they would do is prescribe some anti-biotics while I'm in excruciating pain and then have the nerve to tell me they'll schedule me to have the tooth pulled in a few days. I CAN'T EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING but they wanted me to wait a few days. THEN when I went to another dentist who would actually pull the tooth, Eaves REUFSED TO SEND THE XRAYS TO THE OTHER DENTIST. This company is the used car salesman of dentistry and I wouldn't be surprised at all of their dentists and dental assistants got their degrees from an online mail-order company. Double-dealing, two-faced, money hungry people who do not care about patient well-being or resolving someone pain. Please, if you need anything more than a cleaning (which I'm sure they could screw up) visit any other dentist. Eaves will try to sell you a credit card and upsell you at every turn and they'll create more dental problems than they solve just so they can continue to bill your insurance company and pad their bottom line.
