- KLK LOct 30, 20251.0Practice is way over capacity and scheduling is a disaster. Long story short but my son had a dental emergency and soonest they could get him in was 3 weeks away. Obviously it could not wait that long. Ended up going to another pediatric dentist (which they were able to get him in immediately for a consultation and 2 days later for the procedure). Absolutely horrible and unacceptable.

My son was pretty terrified of the dentist after bad experiences at his previous one, but they were so kind and helpful here. There was no tears, no aggression, and no issues! I’m truly so grateful we found this dentist and how great they are with our kids. They each got to pick out a prize and got a balloon too, so they were pretty excited!

I was there today with 2 of my children being seen and happened to have my 1 year old with me also. I asked the hygienist what’s an age I could have her seen and she tells me “age 1, we can see her right now really quick if you’d like. I’ll get her on the schedule”. I was honestly impressed by how accommodating and helpful they were. Even the baby was okay with the process and did great and it’s definitely just the atmosphere at the office among the staff that makes for a great experience for the kiddos.
- EBed billingsJul 23, 20251.0Had an appointment set over a month in advance. Showed up for the appt having to take 3 hrs of pto and was told that my appt was supposed to be rescheduled?? I was never notified via phone nor txt! They essentially stole 300 dollars of my money not including wasted fuel and over an hour of driving time. Unacceptable. Per your automatic response…. This solves nothing. Unless you’re gonna reimburse me lost wages , time, fuel, etc
