My son had an appointment at 8am that we drove an hour to for his retainers only to have them call at 7:56 as I am pulling in to tell me they weren't ready. 4 minutes before his appointment that I pulled him out of school for. Not the first time they completely did not communicate things to me. Once we have his retainers I will never go to this office again.

Obviously it could not wait that long. Ended up going to another pediatric dentist (which they were able to get him in immediately for a consultation and 2 days later for the procedure). Absolutely horrible and unacceptable.

My son was pretty terrified of the dentist after bad experiences at his previous one, but they were so kind and helpful here. There was no tears, no aggression, and no issues! I’m truly so grateful we found this dentist and how great they are with our kids. They each got to pick out a prize and got a balloon too, so they were pretty excited!
