    Although this location is closing the staff was extremely polite and helpful ! Nurse Nordia was so empathetic and professional , she’s amazing !!

    Had an appointment scheduled for today at 2:30 pm but it was abruptly cancelled due to a staff member logging the appointment incorrectly. I had to reschedule it for a week later despite needing a prescription refilled and the lady on the phone was unapologetic about this massive inconvenience. Unprofessional.

    i came from out of state to get my in clinic procedure done , it was my first time being in another state away from my family and one of the nurses even wiped my tears because how how scared i was , all the nurses were super sweet and considerate and made me feel safe during this scary process ! thankyou

    The young staff is unprofessional and too loud and wild. Joking so hard with each other they will forget to tell you directions of where you need to go, blame you and won't ever own up to being too distracted and fooling around too hard.
