I was really disappointed to learn that this studio pays its yoga teachers only around $22 per hour — that’s not a living wage in NYC, especially given the cost of living and the professionalism expected in this field. When I attended classes here, I also found the staff to be unprofessional and the overall experience didn’t reflect the values that yoga is supposed to stand for. I truly hope the management reconsiders how they treat and compensate their instructors. Until then, I won’t be returning or recommending this place.

Rachel is the BEST instructor. Her sculpt classes on Saturday are amazing. She gives off great energy and really motivates you (even when you just want to lie down ha)
