The equipment is so old and outdated and out of service very often and the cleaning stations are often empty and very far apart making it difficult to wipe down the equipment without a big effort especially when in a rush to go to work

Blink fitness is the biggest scam artist and a cheap gym for what you get. I’ve been a member over a year. They always extra charge me without any notification. I called customer service after being double charged on a month.customer services directed me to dispute with my credit card so I did. This led to them canceling my account. When I called the third party who handles customer service says that any dispute will result in a closure in account. Got charged again to reopen it. SMH Then in this month of October I was charged 101 dollars. Very high from the original 40 bucks a month. Screw blink or pure gym. Don’t give them your money.

I signed up for what was advertised as a $1 trial. They never emailed me a contract. I canceled before the trial period ended through their website. Again, they did not send a confirmation of cancellation. Despite this, they began charging me for a monthly contract, without any notifications to my email or otherwise. When I attempted to cancel, I was told I’d need to pay over $67 as an “annual maintenance” fee. I haven’t even set foot inside this establishment, yet I’m being charged. This business practice feels misleading and predatory. Stay away! It’s not worth it.

As gyms go, it's kinda middle of the road. But the really stupid and annoying habit of the young "kids" (20, 30 somethings, etc) to just sit on the machines, taking up space while they stare like zombies at their friggin' phones makes the overall experience there a real downer. Also the tall, Indian chap (?) a few weeks ago who works nights---I asked him to refill one of the paper towel stations and he takes the roll out of the cupboard a the front desk, hands it to me with a smirk (I'm 71 just for the record) and says "Here--you do it." I mean are you for real? New lows in lack of customer service. Otherwise staff is pretty standard, some make an attempt to be friendly, others just watch the clock...go figure.
