The Gym always seems to be constantly going through repairs. Had no wifi for two weeks, the bathroom is out of order today, and the only operational one had no toilet paper.

This is not the best Blink (PureGym) location, but certainly not the worst. For a gym located in the city, there's a good amount of space and equipment to use. They could replenish their supply of cable attachments though. Also, I'm not sure why 1) the music is so loud to a point I can hear it through my headphones and 2) why the flat barbell bench is up against a column because that doesn't allow for a spotter. Mediocre location overall with no major complaints.

Gym closed suddenly and without explanation or refund. No response to calls or emails.
UPDATE: Gym reopened but there has been extensive flooding and repairs are still in progress. There is electrical work, demolition debris, and industrial floor drying machines all over the gym. It is seriously unsafe for anyone with a respiratory condition and hazardous to anyone else. It is disappointing and honestly, very scary that PureGym deemed the gym safe to reopen in this condition.

Gym suddenly closed! I didnt even receive notification even though it says they notified us on the sign at the door. There is also a camera at the entrance of the locker room which overlooks part of the isnide of the room. I didnt notice this until I was changing and saw it. Really gross and strange to put a camera in such a place when theres so many other areas it could be installed. Hope they move it. Otherwise great gym and the staff is friendly

Everything has been good. But the past couple of days the whole gym itself has been closed with no notice at all. It would be helpful to let us members know when and why you are closed during the normal business days and hours. Since last week Thursday the gyms been closed down. I tried to call in and see if anyone would pick up and no answer at all. It’d be much appreciate to give us members that line of communication and keep up in the loop. Other than that, the equipment is good and the location has been super convenient for me.
