Worst customer experience and a waste of time & money. Focused more on hype, sales rather than healthcare. Bystanding Staff never cared about helping my 12 ye old with the frames, convinced me to buy the prescription as & ship them home. Link to upload description didn’t work. Back office has no record of PD measure taken at store & now questioning the vision insurance confirmed at store. Spent 3 hours on phone trying to coordinate & still no resolution on getting my purchase.

Either avoid, or be weary of the employees' deceptive practices. I had an appointment for an eye exam. Upon checking in, the employee immediately said "the first part of your exam is retina imaging" and told me to sit down for it. I had no reason to question it so I complied. Another customer came in after me who was given the option to do this, and told it would be an additional fee. I was not given this option, and was of course charged a fee for doing this (I apparently give naive and unsuspecting!) It seems they're instructed to work this imaging in where they can. They also made an appointment a year from now on my behalf, without consulting me first, which I had to cancel as I won't be stepping into a Warby Parker ever again.
