They didn’t have the specific part in stock, but a young staff member went above and beyond in a way I did not expect. She kindly offered to use a nose pad she had purchased for her own use and carefully fixed my glasses. She also adjusted and tightened them so they fit much better. When I asked how much I should pay, she simply said it was free. I was truly surprised and very grateful. It may seem like a small thing, but without a proper nose pad, glasses are uncomfortable and inconvenient—and it’s not something easy to fix at home without the right tools. What she did made a big difference for me. In a world that is changing so quickly, this kind of genuine kindness, care, and human service is something truly special. It goes beyond a simple transaction—it reflects a spirit of helping others and providing the highest level of service. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Your thoughtfulness made my day, and it represents the kind of service that truly brings people back. I am sorry that I did not ask the staff’s name. She is truly amazing.
