Both Carlos and Felix were incredibly helpful, patient, and nice when deciding which frames to buy for my first-ever pair. I appreciated the patience, as this is a rather intimidating endeavor for new eyeglasses users.
Very happy with my experience and eager to get my hands on those frames!

This is the worst eyeglass store!!! The eye doctors are not experienced and not able to complete an eye exam, they were so rude during the entire process. NEVER RECOMMENDED!!!

TLDR: Warby Parker botched my contact lens order, but eventually made it right. It just took a lot of effort to reach someone who actually fixed it.
I’m a first-time contact lens wearer and went here for a refit. The optometrist dropped my lens on the carpet, rinsed it off, and put it back in my eye, which I later learned you’re not supposed to do. They only had five sample lenses to give me, then ordered the wrong lenses twice.
When I tried to fix it, I couldn’t reach the store directly, only a call center, and my emailed questions went unanswered. When I went back in person, they refunded everything to my mom’s card instead of doing the exchange I asked for, leaving me without lenses or the funds to reorder.
Eventually, someone from management called and sent me a free month of lenses and promised free expedited shipping next time, which I appreciated.
The stores are clean, the optometrist offices are modern, the staff are friendly, and the frames are great, but it shouldn’t take this much work on my part to get an issue resolved
