    I’ve been a longtime Warby Parker customer and own several pairs of glasses, but my experience at the HY store today was extremely disappointing. This was my first visit to this location. A female sales associate with braided hair was assigned to help me. I went in hoping to exchange a pair of glasses, but she told me I would need to return them and then make a completely new purchase. When I was about to purchase a new pair of reading glasses, I noticed the price was close to $300—significantly higher than what I’ve paid for reading glasses in the past. When I asked for clarification, her response was simply, “I don’t know what to tell you. Do you want it or not?” When I mentioned that I had purchased similar reading glasses from WP before at a much lower price, she repeated the same response and did not even bother to check my purchase history. The entire interaction lasted less than 3 minutes. The associate was dismissive, unknowledgeable, and rude—far below the level of customer service expected from Warby Parker. I was honestly shocked by the lack of professionalism and left the store without making a purchase. This experience was completely inconsistent with my experiences at other Warby Parker locations and left a very negative impression of the Hudson Yards store.

    Warby Parker is a great company. I've been a fan for years. Every store I've gone to has had wonderful and helpful employees from the people who greet you to the doctors who examine your eyes. And everytime the sales person has been most helpful in picking out the frames, regardless of how many people are in the store.

    Great experience at Warby Parker Hudson yards. They have a great collection of frames, knowledgeable and professional , optometrist, and knowledgeable and very friendly service advisors. Highly recommend.
