My appointment was scheduled for 3:10, but I waited well over an hour without even being triaged. I had to briefly step out (literally 10 minutes) to pick up my daughter, and when I returned, the receptionist told me the doctor was getting ready to leave. This made no sense because right before I left, the doctor had just taken another patient in and was still with them when I got back. How is it that I waited over an hour without being seen, but in just 10 minutes, the doctor decided to leave after taking their time with only one patient? The staff was not accommodating in the slightest. I had to call out of work for this appointment, only to not be seen at all. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing.
