- KLK LJul 25, 20251.0Tried to inquire about personal training and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person who answered the phone was rude, vague, and clearly had no idea what they were talking about. I was told I’d get a call back, never happened. Emailed too, no response. I was genuinely interested, but not anymore. I’ll be going to a spot in Jersey instead. Just leaving this so others don’t waste their time like I did.

Once they have your credit card, they will greedily charge it month after month after month, and will ignore your attempts to cancel. They have specific rules about cancelling written in small print in the contract and if you don't stick to it exactly such as sending them a certified letter they will charge your card without remorse forever. If you try to quit, but don't follow their exact absurd rules, they will just ignore you and keep charging your card. They do not have a conscience about this. Even if you never attend for months after telling them in writing that you want to stop, they will charge you month after month after month if your letter to them was not certified. I finally had to cancel my credit card so the charges would stop. They ended up taking almost $2000 from my credit card because I did not realize they were charging it every month. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a gym.
- MSMaryann sJul 25, 20135.0i love going to title boxing. the atmosphere is great, the trainers are knowledgable, always happy and make the power hour go by quick. the staff is very helpful and so nice. i have been going since the 2nd day they opened. always look forward to it. i have definitely noticed a change in my body and strength......the free first-shot class is a great opportunity to see if its for you. everyone should give it a try
