- ACAntoinette CarringtonDec 15, 20251.0Don’t waste your time at this location. I spent hundreds on a pair of glasses for my son that he cannot even wear because Nick failed to measure his face to make sure the frames would fit properly. Additionally, the glasses were made with an old prescription due to the office not having an optometrist available to perform the eye exam to see if he needs an updated prescription, which I’m sure he does. To make matters worse, it took more than two weeks for the glasses to arrive at the office for us to pick up. My son broke his old pair of glasses about two weeks before he was leaving town to go away for several months. For this reason it was important we picked them up before he left town. Normally it’d only take a few days for our glasses to come in, but I believe Nick made some kind of mistake with his order. And whenever I’d call to check on the status I’d get the run around and he’d blame it on the postal carrier. One time he said it was FedEx and another time it was UPS. It honestly didn’t make any sense. So don’t waste your time and hard earned money at this place.

We Did not receive a phone call nor a text !!! I even took a day off from work !! He also seemed very careless. Never going back !
