Right off the bat Nick was very arrogant and short. This guy has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. He didn’t even really look to see exactly what was needed. Just blurted out too old and don’t carry bows. Went to the place in Nanuet plaza by Nanuet diner and the lady was very helpful and said they are old, but maybe I can find them somewhere. So the glasses were left and the nice lady said she would try. Now Nicky did nothing like this. I’ve had issues with this dude before and he is awful. Please terminate this useless guy.
