They yell at her sayings she got her eye drops when she did not she asked for help in the bed to be pulled up more was told go to sleep and they shut the door so she is left in the dark what the hell kind of a place is this

The nursing dept run by Bridget on the unit I was on is hands on, a great advocate for her patients and very caring.The nursing team (Tracy, Judy, Sherry ) are all concerned about their patients. The nursing care this team gives is impeccable. The CNAs were all next level. They take their responsibilities seriously and provide great care! They do such a hard job but are always so caring and happy. The PT Dept is filled with dedicated professionals. Sanj, Paul and Kylie all did such a remarkable job helping me get better that I am indebted to them forever. Paul gave me my life back! Grisel, social worker, was always helpful and whatever documentation I needed she always provided expeditiously! Surge will always have a special place in my heart!!
