- IIIvyJan 5, 20261.0PLEASE PLEASE š š Let's help those elderly patients in this quantum rehabilitation. There's a lot of isolation, ignoring a patient's needs, if you say anything they use the blame due to patients' behavior. Hard to to control behavior. A lot of malnutrition, dehydration, infections, and other serious health issues just from them not giving our loved ones their basic needs. They only tip toe on patients that are able to communicate and can acuse them. I hate that I am forced to give atleast one star they truly DON'T NOT deserve it.

Also Some rooms are filthy dirty. If you truly love someone, you DO NOT put them in Quantuim Rehab & nursing home. Your risking their life. Friendliness is fake.

We were recommended that family member staying in treatment longer is more beneficial to their recovery. Definitely false at this facility. Poor staffing(rude and arguements amoung them), poor hygiene(left family member unattended for hours), Gave wrong medications and unmet care plans worsening condition. If you truly care for your loved one DO NOT take them here especially if you won't be visiting constantly. They are only a show when family members are there.

At times scheduling was a bit tight, but the team always did their best to accommodate. Iād definitely recommend them for anyone recovering from an injury.ā
