I have tried to call them, email them and fb messenger them over several days now to get this rectified with no response except for one email reposting the fed ex tracking saying I got the package. Unfortunately I didn’t get the entire package as I’m missing $350 worth of supplies that never made it to me. I am SUPER frustrated at how difficult it has been to get a response from Surgimac as I’ve now had to cancel and postpone a grand opening event for my brand new company that potentially could give this company lots of business. I would LOVE to have this rectified as soon as possible and will change this review once it gets fixed. Addendum: Changing my review to 5 stars based on the phone call I received after posting this review. Thanks Wasif for addressing my issue and working things out between a partial refund and immediate shipping of the missing and damaged items. I appreciate your professionalism in the matter and look forward to working with you in the future.
