I drove 45 minutes to get there and then, I was told that there wasn’t a provider able to take my insurance. I was not a new patient, I’ve been there before using the same insurance. The receptionist said that she tried to call me in the morning.( they open at 10:00 am, my appointment was at 10:50 am) when did she try to call me? I didn’t receive a voicemail or got a missed call from her. I’m very disappointed! That tells me that they don’t care about their patients and made me waist my time.
