The staff, including the receptionists, the nurse who conducted the questionnaire, and the doctor who performed the insertion, were all exceptionally friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the procedure in detail, which made me feel informed and comfortable. They even provided Advil to help manage the pain. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the insertion itself was smooth. The staff genuinely cares about their patients and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this clinic, 10/10!!
