There is so much variety that you can find a class for any mood and you will never get bored. The instructors are so nice and helpful. Everyone there, from owner to teachers, all want to see you succeed. This is a place like no other. Give it a try!

I have tried so many different workout regimens, but finally found something that works for me. After a month, I already see a difference in myself and my body. Highly recommended!! Update: I am still a member here. It is now known as B Empowered Studios, and I love it just as much if not more!
