This place has become an absolute joke. What once was a great urgent care is now completely unprofessional and incompetent. Even when it’s dead inside, you wait endlessly while nurses and doctors stand around chatting, laughing, and playing on their phones like it’s a high school study hall. Patients come in extremely sick or in severe pain, get put in a room, and are then ignored for over an hour. That is unacceptable and dangerous. If you can’t prioritize patient care, you shouldn’t be running an urgent care at all. Get it together

I brought my baby to this ER due to ear pain and clear signs of an ear infection. After being examined, we were sent home without any antibiotics or proper treatment. As a parent, I trusted the medical judgment provided at the time.
Unfortunately, my baby’s condition did not improve. When I later took her to an emergency room in New Jersey, the doctors there were surprised and concerned that no antibiotics had been prescribed, as she clearly had an ear infection that required treatment.
This experience caused unnecessary pain and discomfort for my child and significant stress for our family. I am very disappointed with the lack of appropriate care and follow-through. I hope this review encourages better evaluation and treatment for young patients in the future, because babies cannot speak for themselves and rely entirely on medical professionals to advocate for them. We were seen by Erin Hulbert.... worst!!!

Last march I made the choice to get checked out after being severely sick for two weeks. It took an hour to be seen by a very dismissive doctor. Took a couple tests, she was in the room for a total of probably five mins, she recommended I had my chest xrayed. Tests came back negative. Ended up putting me on doxycycline. I get the bill and after insurance I’m left with 2,000 dollar in medical debt. Don’t go here they will rob you and leave you wondering what’s wrong with your health.

DO NOT GO HERE it may be tempting to not have to wait as long as you would with an er but they are rude ignorant and label anybody in pain as a drug addict and if you need certain things done they will completely ignore you and then say nothings wrong with you they lied to me about a pregnancy test being able to come back positive after 4 weeks when it takes 5 to 6 to come back and when I asked for a blood test because I’ve been very sick with no period I got ignored and the fact that I have chronic illnesses that can kill me if I were to be pregnant
