Always fast. Always thorough. Always professional. This is a good place to go when the ER is too much and waiting for a call back is too little.

Had a nasty head injury recently and they got me in quickly, we waited awhile in the room but all staff were nice which is consistent with other times I've been there.
If I have a choice between malta, rt 50 or Saratoga Hospital, I'm ALWAYS going to malta.

Staff really need to get on the same page. I came in Saturday for a time-sensitive ultrasound. I was seen as a walk-in with no issues, everyone was great. Radiology tech told me to come back on Sunday for another ultrasound, left notes for the front desk that I would be back. After waiting awhile Sunday, the receptionist tells me they don't do ultrasounds without an appointment (this is not mentioned on the website!) so they can't help me. So now my week of daily ultrasounds was for nothing, since I couldn't have the most important one done on time. Really frustrating.

This morning I brought my teenager in who has a unique and extensive cardiac history. I knew pink eye was a reality and some virus but I was concerned about some skin discoloration and possible cardiac concerns. I
Can not rave more about the care we received. From the pct who checked us in, the multiple nurses, the x ray tech and the PA. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were taken into a room and treated promptly. Every test possible was ordered to rule out multiple illness and possible cardiac complications. The PA contacted our cardiologist to get a full explanation and understanding of cardiac history. While we were there all day, I know it’s because of their abundance of caution and care. They all went above and beyond even medical care. The entire facility was extremely clean. I would highly recommend if you aren’t having a vital emergency. Thank you Malta med for your service and support! You’ve eased my mom mind and child’s anxiety!

I came here about 30 minutes ago with pressure/pain in my back, and they already have me in a room, took my blood and urine, vitals and an EKG and the best part is that every person that I have seen and has done a work up on me has been great! Love their bedside manner. I would recommend them for an ER visit
