  I had a root canal done here by Dr Lew, I will admit I was anxious at first about pain and the procedure, he was super reassuring and very talkative throughout the procedure, he also made sure I was super numb and I didnt feel any of the procedure. He also was explaining what part of it we were on which also helped my nerves, I've had dental cleanings done here also the lady dental hygienist is super nice and talkative aswell. The whole place is super relaxing I love how they play music in the rooms. Also have had work done by Dr Seon or the female dentist. She put in my permanent crown and I have had no issues with it. Also have had a filling done too. Great place definitely will be going here for along time coming !!!!

  I am giving 5 stars due to the help I’ve received from the new owner Dr. Lew. In the past I thought I was in good hands with Dr. Poupore but after having one tooth extracted by Dr. Lew due to a botched root canal from Dr. Poupore I’m beginning to think I was naive in my belief that he was a good dentist. I am now being treated for a second failed root canal done by Dr. Poupore. After all is said and done I will be $12,000 in debt to get two implants where the root canals failed. Mind you, I already paid out of pocket for the root canals and crowns as well. 5 stars for Dr. Lew, 0 stars for Dr. Poupore.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I arrived for a scheduled appointment to replace a crown, for which I had already provided all requested information, including recent X-rays. Despite this, I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or update. To make matters worse, there was a complete lack of communication between the front desk and the manager. They seemed unaware of the purpose of my visit, even though everything had been discussed when the appointment was booked. Once I was finally seen, I was told they wouldn’t proceed with the crown replacement unless I agreed to multiple new X-rays — despite having just provided recent ones. This felt like an attempt to push unnecessary procedures and inflate the bill, rather than prioritize patient care or convenience. It’s unfortunate to see a practice more focused on upselling than actually helping patients. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this office to others looking for straightforward, ethical dental care.

  I called and scheduled an appointment stressing that I have a tooth bothering me so bad I can barely eat and that is still the case, the soonest appointment was a two week wait. I just showed up for my appointment and my name was not in the system and turned me down for my dental appointment. The soonest they could reschedule me is 2-3 weeks out needless to say I will not be wasting any more off my time off from work to get turned away again.
