The owner, Raj, made me feel super uncomfortable the entire time and kept pushing pointless “upgrades” like I didn’t know what I needed. The staff wasn’t any better, fake nice, zero real customer service, and they could barely communicate with me due to language barrier. The whole thing was a mess from the exam to the end. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT go to this place. I walked out frustrated, overwhelmed, and honestly wishing I had never stepped inside.

- DDDeanOct 11, 20251.0They lie to get more money here, they told me my prescription was "too strong" and required a special lens that my insurance wouldn't cover and would be hundreds of dollars, went somewhere else and they said what are you talking about your insurance covers it and I had my lenses and frames covered, shameful.
