They were very good, explained everything so I know what's going on and what treatment I can expect to get I would highly recommend them. I like to know what's in store for me.

If I was informed of this, I would not have made an appointment. Got in the door, had to fill out normal paperwork, went into the exam room and was greeted by an assistant. Said that they needed to take X-rays, even though during my initial phone call I stated I had upper and lower implants. I simply wanted a cleaning. Nevertheless, the X-rays were taken. Then the main dentist comes in and tells me this was just an initial consultation and overview. Says no cleaning was going to take place. He informs me that he doesn't know me as a patient and that a cleaning would have to be scheduled a few months from now. So he proceeded to look into my mouth for maybe 2 minutes to look at my year old dental implants. Again, all of this was unnecessary. But it was just a way to get more money by saying an x-ray and exam were needed. $235 for 10 minutes. What a joke. I won't be going back.
