The dental assistant immediately made me feel comfortable — she was so kind and reassuring. Then the dentist came in, cracked a few jokes, and completely eased my nerves. The extraction itself took maybe a minute, and everything was smooth and painless. I would highly recommend this dentist and their office!

I had four cavities filled and my teeth hurt for weeks after, some spots are still much more sensitive now than they were before getting the work done, despite follow-up appts. The hygienists were generally pleasant and efficient, if not a little rushed. The Dr would mumble instructions and if I or the assistant didn’t understand who he was talking to or what he was saying, he would shout and clap his hands. Water spray coated my face and dripped down my neck. I’ve had cavities filled before and understood the process, which was helpful, because not once did anyone explain what was going to happen next. When I asked the front desk if they could explain approximately how much I should expect to pay, they explained it was just $42 that day. Just got a bill for $900+ and teeth that hurt more than before. Feeling like I just got scammed by a car mechanic.

I’ll be honest — it was one of the most painful extractions I’ve ever had, but I can’t deny the dentist did a very clean, thorough job. The tooth came out whole, no complications. Sometimes getting the job done right isn’t painless, and I respect that they made sure it was fully handled instead of rushing it. Overall, not an easy experience, but I’m grateful it was done correctly and professionally.
