  Turns out that they gave me the wrong results and probably mixed up my tests. Went to another gyn to find out planned parenthood results were incorrect. Terrible

  The front desk receptionist, Glendy, was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked simple questions and was treated poorly. When I asked for her name after being asked for my ID, she responded, “For what?” If I’m asked to provide identification while receiving services, I should know who I’m speaking with. This review is specifically about the front desk receptionist. On a positive note, the medical assistant Angie was very professional and personable. She is the reason I stayed to receive services and represents Planned Parenthood well. The nurse practitioner, Sandra, was also helpful and great.

  The receptionist and nurse I saw was extremely kind, only thing about my procedure is I felt pain during the removing of my neplexon implant and the procedure continued even though I said it felt sharp. Procedure of putting it in was a success but leaving with pain wasn’t in my agenda and now I’m traumatized. Giving 2 stars only for the receptionist and nurse I saw before my procedure.

  I was in so much pain when i get there, the staff was very responsive and did the treatment immediately, the staff was very careful and nice. They comforted me very well. Definitely recommend this place.

  Staff is always warm, friendly, patient and helpful. I've been going to this location for years now and always leave feeling confident that I got what I needed from my visit.
