UNFORTUNATELY Oct 23- Nov 17 2025 staff assigned PCA: Maguy, Carol, Sara. 85% I did myself in a wheelchair. Made bed, transferred myself bed to wheelchair, wash up, dress and undressed wheelchair bound. CONSTANT EXTREME PAIN & EXHAUSTED I couldn’t perform in OT & PT who told nurse mgr but their behavior just got worse.
• PCA(CARMEN): NEGLECT, VERBAL ABUSE & THREATENED PHYSICAL HARM. —NEVER assigned to me but went out of her way to harass me. Good friends with CAROL. So CAROL after assigned to me was they BOTH continuously harassed me.
•PCA(CAROL): Assisgned to me once. NEGLECTFUL, VERY LAZY, VERBALLY ABUSIVE AND THREATS PHYSICAL HARM.
• NIGHT NURSE MGR(CYNTHIA): ALWAYS. calling me Sir: After having raptured brain aneurysm now PERMANENTLY bald & PERMANENTLY blind in left eye. CYNTHIA March 2024 continuously called me Sir. I’M FEMALE FROM BIRTH.
• PCA(MAGUY): NEGLECT, LAZY, COMPLAINING ABOUT WORK, SAID SHE COULD NOT HELP ME FOR HER BACK WAS HURTING. PHYSICAL DANGER for dismantled my wheelchair, left me in wheelchair being physically unstable. Numerous paging. No response for few hours then staff complained.
• PCA(SARA): NEGLECT, LAZINESS. PHYSICAL DANGER for dismantled my wheelchair, left me in wheelchair being physically unstable. Numerous paging. No response for few hours then staff complained.
Was left in pee on bed. Maguy, Sara & Cynthia came but left out. Numerous paging. Over 8hrs later. Staff came but complained. I have proof of phone log.
I emailed mgnt Friday Nov 9 2025 at 3:23am. That next Monday around 9am social worker continuously lied my insurance denied 7 days extra. She says don’t bother calling for that’s the final say. I CALLED insurance agent on speaker NUMEROUS TIMES agent said approved and gave the approval number. They wanted me gone after I complained.
— A VERY DETAILED EMAIL WAS SENT TO MGMT———— ABUSE WAS WORSE. MAGUY, SARA, CAROL & CARMEN.
Aristotle that gives medicine assisted me in the toilet. MOST EMBARRASSING THING EVER for their refusal. NEXT day assigned to men. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT.
I had reported Carmen to Melissa when I was in massive muscle spasms in both hands and legs. I asked Yasmin if I could ask someone to take me to my room so she would at least know where her staff is. The was a lady behind me. I politely said (could you help me). She kept quiet. I asked a few more times. Then I rocked myself back and forth so she could see me. I says I need your help my muscles are spasms it’s extremely painful and hard are frozen. Carmen finally came to me. I thought she will now help me. She says use your hands and push the railing. I told her I can’t muscle spasms. She says it’s exercise and walks away. I’m in shock here. I took a few seconds to breathe. Rock towards her and said I asked Yasmin and she said it was okay for you to take me to my room. She loudly says. I said I would help you if you rolled over to. I’m like what part do you not understand. I’m in pain here. I dine I told do not talk me. I don’t want to hear another word. CARMEN then tells me you are dismissed. I said excuse. She said it again a cooks more times and said my name is CARMEN and you have been dismissed. I told her you should be dismissed for your talking to like this. How worse do you guys treat patients that can’t speak up for themselves.
—-CARMEN, CAROL, MAGUY & SARA never got in trouble.
Resident are ALL AMAZING, KIND HEARTED AND LOVELY PEOPLE.

My mother was admitted to Glen Cove Center following a severe hip fracture. We were initially referred to the center for the physical therapist, Romeo Racos.
At 90 years old, the prognosis for my mother walking again was uncertain, but thanks to Romeo, my mother is walking with a walker and assistance. We are grateful for his skill, patience, and commitment to his patients.
My mother was at the center for 100 days, and in that time, it truly became our second home. We had the pleasure of working with many incredible individuals .
A special thank you to the following staff members:
• Rehab/CNAs: Marie, Rose, Cami, Jasmine, Tylick, Darren, and Edison (CNA).
• Nurses: Barvin, Grace, Melissa, Karine, and Jade.
• Administration/Support: Ennis , Alan and Josephine were also very helpful in getting things done and ensuring a smooth experience.
Needs improvement with CNA/patient ratio!
We highly recommend this center for physical therapy, especially Romeo Racos to anyone needing physical therapy!!
