Its 2 weeks today and the glasses have not been manufactured yet. Customer service they had to outsource the lenses but didn't know if the lab had received them yet and they couldn't call the lab and had no idea when they would ship. They emailed the lab and said they should hopefully have an answer tomorrow as to wheather they can even make the glasses. When I used to shop at Lensecrafters it never took more than a few days to get my script.

I was forced to go into a store, it was a completely different story not a single wide frame from the website was available. It felt misleading, like the online selection is just a lure to get you in the door. I bought glasses out of necessity, not satisfaction. Honestly, this is probably the last time I bother with WP. A good local shop will treat you better than whatever WP has turned into.
