- SPSan “Paranoid”Aug 4, 20221.0The receptionists here are horrible. Called in May to get an appointment was told the wait time is a month. Fine. Got called in June the receptionist took my info and after getting my info she said she'll call back to set up appointment. After few mins received a call from different receptionist asking for same info. After going back and forth few times they told me again that they'll call back. Never heard from them since. Deserving of 0 stars. Reading other reviews I must've dodged a bullet.

Feels as if they project their own life experiences onto our current generation who are struggling due to disconnected communication. It's a generational thing for us young ones. PS: A cop came to the clinic notifying them about a untraced data breech. They came across as a bit negligent and they didn't believe me how negligent I believed they were.

The psychotherapists and psychiatrist respect one's choices and decisions when it comes to talk therapy and medication. No one is "forced" to do something they don't want to. When seeking treatment, obviously, if you don't hear back, you should call again. You're not their only potential patient, so........
