- RBRonny BergmanMay 8, 20255.0It was 24 years ago when I first met Carlo and D&A Solution.. They took care of the xray system at my first job. As a new, green chiropractor Carlo always took the time to show me how the system worked, how to keep it running smooth, and always made time to talk.. Fast forward to 2016 when I was putting in a new digital system in MY own practice.. Who do i call.. of course.. D&A.. While I hadn't seen him in over 10 years it was like no time had passed.. We were a bit older, and wiser.. but again.. took the time to explain everything I needed.. Since then i see Carlo every quarter for my service calls.. he's always available for a question or problem.. and most recently when my PC died, he was in my office the next day getting me back up and running.. In an age where corporate takeovers rule, and customer service is non-existent.. there exists D&A Solutions..still a mom and pop shop that are here to service our Chiropractic needs with amazing service... I don't know where half, if not more, of the chiropractors on Long Island would be without these guys.. THANK YOU ALWAYS!!
