I visited this Warby Parker location and had a really disappointing experience. I walked in and was not greeted at all. No one acknowledged me, and I was basically left to casually browse on my own. Not once did an employee come up to me to ask if I needed help or anything, which is especially frustrating in a store where you are looking to purchase prescription lenses and need to provide prescription information and get assistance choosing the right frames.
The lack of customer service here is unacceptable. I would not recommend coming to this store or purchasing from this company. Take your business elsewhere, preferably to a local family owned shop where you can actually get personal attention and help from people who care about their customers.
