I wish she would understand everyone’s vision needs and comfort levels are different, but instead of listening, she insisted on her way and made me feel like my input didn’t matter. To be honest, she was also extremely dismissive of every single concern I brought up and didn’t take the time to explain anything thoroughly. The whole appointment felt rushed and unprofessional. And also the office was covered in pro-Israel materials. I believe everyone should support what they want, that’s your right. But this is a doctor’s office. Overall, I left feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and frustrated. I won’t be going back.
