- THTaylor HDec 22, 20251.0the front desk attendants are nasty and rude. I showed up 10 minutes late after traffic was horrendous and they gave me attitude and didn’t let me check into the class.
- ISIvana SDec 8, 20251.0The manager at the front desk, day after t-day, needs a course in the equal application of professionalism to every rider. She was so incredibly rude and condescending, and the complete opposite to everyone else. When I calmly confronted her about it, she resorted to gaslighting and back pedaling. I’ve been riding for well over 15 yrs in the east coast, and never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. On the other hand, the front desk rep that initially tried to help me, but needed said managers help to resolve the problem - was the opposite and incredibly professional and composed, and we had a very normal interaction. She’d be a better manager - Soul Cycle should promote her, she’s hand over fist a better front desk brand ambassador.
